The Main Event isn't the only event playing out a final table today as the 2,150 Highroller is down to just six players. Each player is guaranteed a 5,100 prize with the winner slated to receive 30,500 and the trophy.
Welcome to the Final Day of the 2019 Tallinn Summer Showdown 1,100 Main Event at Olympic Park Casino. After three days of play, the field of 195 entrants was trimmed down to an eight-max final table with all players having their eyes on the 46,700 top prize.
Blind levels begin with 3:53 minutes remaining at 5,000/10,000 with an ante of 10,000 and from there increase every 60-minutes as has been the case throughout the festival. Additionally, breaks are scheduled every two blind levels.
There is a massive gap between the top of the field and the rest. Finland's Tapio Vihakas will enter tomorrow with a chip leading stack of 1,659,000. He will be closely followed by countrymates Mathias Siljander with 1,590,000 and Jussi Mattila with 1,581,000.
The rest of the final eight don't even have one-quarter of the chips of any player in this Finnish trio with Estonia's Toomas Polli (342,000), Morocco's Ahmed Ibrahimi (285,000), Finland's Kim Lindstrom (178,000), Finland's Aki Pyysing (148,000), and Lithuania's Algimantas Jablonskis (83,000) all entering the day with shorter stacks.
Cards will be in the air at 12:30 p.m. EEST and will be streamed on a 30-minute delay. You can check out the action on the Live Stream tab in our coverage once it is live. The charismatic Kristjan Laas will be behind the booth announcing the action in Estonian with all hole cards exposed.
Stay tuned at PokerNews as we will report all of the important hands and eliminations on the same delay starting at 1:00 p.m.
