McCracken Shoves Turn

Jason Hisey in late position made it 7,000 to go preflop and was called by Wiliam McCracken in the cutoff and the button came along as well.
The flop came out 5?J?A? and Hisey continued for 4,500 which McCracken called while the button player got out of the way.
On the turn 2?, Hisey checked over to McCracken who then moved all in for around 20,000- which sent Hisey into the tank.
After a good thirty seconds in thought, Hisey decided to lay it down an the pot was pushed to McCracken.
