Gottlieb was among the top chip stacks for much of the day and started to catch fire at the final table to eventually become the champion. He entered the final table as the chip leader and strengthened his grip when he completed a double knockout to bring the field from six to four and would then continue his hot run eliminating AlwaysCheck88 in fourth place and A.Jackson1757 in third place.
