Antonius and Schillhabel Tied for the Lead
In the last hand of the previous level, Dietrich Fast raised to 250,000 on the button and Renato Nowak defended the big blind. The flop was checked through and Nowak's bet of 400,000 on the turn was called by Fast. The river went check, check, and Nowak's won the pot.
Stefan Schillhabel made it 320,000 from the cutoff at the start of the new level and Dominik Nitsche in the small blind called, as did Patrik Antonius in the big blind. The flop fell and all three players checked. On the turn, Nitsche checked and Antonius bet 500,000, which resulted in a fold from Schillhabel and a call from Nitsche.
The river completed the board and Nitsche checked. Antonius slid forward a stack of T-100,000 chips worth 2.6 million and Nitsche folded.
Manig Loeser defended his big blind against a raise by Schillhabel and check-folded the flop to the shove of the joint chip leader.
