Hellmuth finishes just a few spots out of the money
The next hand after picking up that recent four-way pot, Phil Hellmuth raised from under the gun to 8,000. Action folded around to John Venturini on the button and he reraised to 15,000. The two blinds released their hands and then Hellmuth moved all in. Venturini insta-called and tabled . Hellmuth held .

The flop came down , but wasn't much of a sweat. The turn added the to the board and gave Hellmuth a flush draw. "Wow, I have a live draw." he said. as he stood behind his chair watching for the river that would determine his tournament life.
