Kempe Wasn't Folding

Rainer Kempe opened to 4,500 in the hijack and Harpreet Gill just called from the small blind. Dylan Lambert re-raised to 21,500 from the big blind and Kempe responded with a four-bet to 49,500.
Gill frustratingly pushed his cards to the muck and Lambert took some time but ultimately did the same.
"I wanted to go all-in first," Gill said afterward.
"I wasn't folding," was Kempe's response.
