Jakub Michalak opened to 125,000 on the button. Charlie Carrel three-bet to 325,000 in the small blind. Michalak four-bet shoved for 1,945,000 and Carrel called.
Jakub Michalak:
Charlie Carrel:
The race was as classic as they'd come, and the flip landed in Michalak's favor for the double-up: .

Jakub Michalak limped in from the small blind and big blind Charlie Carrel checked. Michalak bet 60,000 on and Carrel was quick to call. The hit the turn and Michalak checked his cards, said "Nice!", and bet 280,000. Again, Carrel called quickly.
The completed the board and Michalak checked. Carrel cut out 700,000 and before he even had it in the middle, Michalak had folded saying "Yeah, I believe you."
That trust was not deserved as Carrel showed while raking in the chips.

The remaining three players have agreed on a ICM-deal. All are giving up an equal share of 5,825 to put together the 17,475 that had to stay in the middle to play for, on top of the trophy. The deal is as followed:

Orpen Kisacikoglu started the final table with a short stack, but laddered himself up nicely to the final four. He already got a couple of shoves through uncontested, but his journey had to end at one point.
With just 160,000 left under the gun, the Turkish pro went for it and moved in. Charlie Carrel isolated behind him, Rocco Palumbo and Jakub Michalak folded.
Orpen Kisacikoglu:
Charlie Carrel:
Carrel's lead improved after the flop, slashing some of Kisacikoglu's outs. The on the turn was the decider, making the on the river meaningless. Kisacikoglu cashed 80,250 for finishing in fourth.

Jakub Michalak raised to 110,000 from the cutoff. Scott Seiver shoved 300,000 on the button and Michalak called.
Scott Seiver:
Jakub Michalak:
Seiver needed to dodge an ace to stay alive. The flop was safe, but the dreaded fell on the turn. The on the river wasn't the two-outer he needed, and he headed for the rail in 5th place.

From the hijack, Scott Seiver opened for 100,000. Over in the small blind, Behzad Ahadpour shoved all in for 520,000. Both blinds folded and Seiver called.
"Oh man, I could've just given it to you" Ahadpour said, "I'm tired man."
Behzad Ahadpour:
Scott Seiver:
Ahadpour was tired and it appeared he really wanted to go home, but it wasn't his time yet as the flop came . The on the turn made for some chop outs but the on the river wasn't one of them and Ahadpour doubled, leaving Seiver short.
"Sorry Scotty" Ahadpour said.
"Don't be, it's the cards, not you" Seiver replied.
"I've been playing non-stop for 3 days man. I knew you were gonna call as well." Ahadpour continued while the next hand was being dealt.
That hand saw Ahadpour limp in from the button. Small blind Palumbo completed and big blind Michalak checked. The flop came and both blinds checked. Ahadpour pushed all in for 1,120,000 and Palumbo folded. Michalak snap called having his opponent just slightly covered.
Behzad Ahadpour:
Jakub Michalak:
A big cooler made for a situation where Behzad Ahadpour only had a few outs despite having flopped two-pair. The on the turn and on the river didn't help Behzad Ahadpour and just like that, the most entertaining player of the final table made his departure.

Rocco Palumbo opened to 110,000 from under the gun. In the big blind, Behzad Ahadpour instantly grabbed his chips and made it 300,000. Palumbo took a brief pause, then committed the calling chips.
The flop came and without hesitation, Ahadpour moved all in. Palumbo shrugged and called, risking his entire stack of 845,000.
Behzad Ahadpour:
Rocco Palumbo:
"Oh, I'm so behind," Ahadpour said upon seeing the showdown. "Put a jack out there, one time a miracle."
The miracle didn't happen on the turn nor river, giving Palumbo a huge double-up.

The situation wasn't even all that bad for Ahadpour as his cards were live, but it would do him no good this hand. The board ran out and Michalak doubled up.
