From middle position, Paul Valkenburg opened to 45,000. All the way around the table, big blind Nicholas Sforos three-bet to 125,000 straight, and Valkenburg called the remainder to see a flop.
It came down , and Valkenburg knocked the table. Sforos continued with the betting lead, firing out 170,000 chips. Valkenburg sat still for just 15 or 20 seconds before Sforos piped up, "You're so good. You call me, now on the flop you're thinking."
Valkenburg wasn't sure how to respond. " Pretty standard," he said. From across the table, Paul Berende piped up, "It's not rush poker." The table chuckled, and Valkenburg smirked and released his cards into the muck.
