We heard Charles Katz declare himself all in for his last 213,000 and Amanda Musumeci make the call, so we headed over to see what was what.
It turned out Katz made his stand on the short stack holding 
, and Musumeci called with her 
being able to afford the risk in return for a potential knockout. The two players were racing before the flop, but when the dealer fanned the 
across the felt Katz jumped out to a huge head start.
His set of eights left Musumeci stumbling out of the gates, and the race was over when the

completed the board on the river and Katz doubled through the most talented player at the table to keep himself alive.
