The player under the gun limped in, and he was followed into the pot by Toby Lewis, Graeme Putt, the player on the button, and small blind Tony Bloom. From the big blind, Sammy Youssef raised to 2,800, folding the first limper. Lewis, however, moved all in for 11,300, and the rest of the table folded back around to the big blind. Youssef, and Lewis was at risk as the cards were turned up:
