Clement Richez is a French poker player who resides in Hungary. He is best known for winning Event #89: $3,000 Mid-Stakes Championship at the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas.
Richez's first recorded live tournament cash came in his native France in November 2010 before a gap of almost four years followed before his next result. Richez's then cashed in the $888 Crazy Eights event at the 2017 WSOP and banked $26,682 in a $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em tournament in Vegas during that series. Also, in 2017, he finished 20th in the WSOP Europe Main Event for �31,337 ($36,460), a career-high at the time.
Richez cashed in six WSOP events between 2021 and 2023, including a 50th-place finish in the 2023 WSOP Main Event worth $188,400.
He cashed twice at the 2024 WSOP before winning the $3,000 Mid-Stakes Championship for a cool $1,041,989 and his first WSOP bracelet.
