Hollywood Actress Plays $600k Pot on High Stakes Poker; Find Out if She Wins
Table Of Contents
Jennifer Tilly, as has often been the case during Season 13, was the star of the show on High Stakes Poker's newest episode. But she'd find herself in need of a two-outer against Andrew Robl or lose what turned out to be the largest pot of the current season.
Episode 4 featured some huge pots, one that exceeded $600,000, and multiple others that cracked $200,000 in a $400/$800 no-limit hold'em cash game on PokerGO. Monday night's table included the same eight players that competed last week during Episode 3. You can view the chip stacks and full lineup at the start of the new show below.
Player | Chip Stack |
---|---|
Andrew Robl | $346,000 |
Brandon Steven | $320,000 |
Sameh Elamawy | $219,000 |
Justin Gavri | $205,000 |
Bo Brownstein | $175,000 |
Jennifer Tilly | $107,000 |
Masato Yokosawa | $96,900 |
Andrew Pacheco | $61,800 |
Financial Industry CEO Slowplays Aces
Episode 4 began with Elamawy, the CEO of Scratch, limping from under the gun with A?A?, hoping to set the trap. Tilly would call with K?3?, and then Masato made it $4,500 on the button with J?9?.
Pacheco called with an unknown hand in the big blind before Robl, who picked up A?Q? in the straddle, three-bet it to $16,000. It was time for Elamawy to pounce with pocket aces, and he did by raising it up to $70,000, enough to take down the first pot of the night without having to see a flop.
Masato, who was quiet throughout the first few episodes, took down the next pot when he rivered a straight to crack Robls top pair.

Gavri Faces Interesting Line from Elamawy
Elamawy was active early during Episode 4, and that shouldnt come as a surprise to anyone who has been following Season 13 closely. The financial industry executive would take on another opponent C Gavri C in hopes of winning another big pot.
The hand in question started with Steven calling a double-straddle ($1,600) in early position with J?8?, as did Elamawy with A?8?. But Gavri, holding A?J? for the best preflop hand, would make it $9,000, only receiving a call from the player with the weaker ace.
Both players would then see a flop of 5?A?9?, each spiking top pair. Gavri, with the superior kicker, bet $7,000 and received a call. The turn was the 6?, giving Elamawy a gutshot straight draw for a few extra outs. Hed again call a bet, this one for $20,000, and then the 6? on the river paired the board.
Gavri went for continued value with a $50,000 wager, but the aggressive Elamawy made a bold raise to $120,000, and it worked as he took down the pot with the worst hand.
The river fold with the best hand may have put Gavri on tilt as he would bluff off his stack with five-high and a missed straight draw to Tilly, who snap-called a $53,700 river bet with a flopped full house. She took down a $168,300 pot, which forced Gavri to rebuy for another $100,000.
Tilly Goes for Blood, But Will it Pay Off?
Tilly was among the most active players during the fourth High Stakes Poker episode of Season 13. Her aggressive play would eventually pay off in spades.
The Hollywood actress would raise a straddled pot to $10,000 with 3?2?, receiving calls from Pacheco in the big blind with 8?8?, Steven, who had Q?10? in the first straddle, and Elamawy in the second straddle with 6?4?.
Four players went to a flop of 4?2?4?, and action checked to Tilly who made a continuation bet of $30,000 with bottom pair. Pacheco folded his over pair and Steven folded his nothing. But Elamawy flopped trips and wasnt going anywhere. Hed check the A? turn card, as did Tilly before the A? on the river double-paired the board.
Elamawy checked and then snap-called with a full house to a bet of $60,000 to take down a $221,500 pot.
Tilly would get some luck back on her side in a monster pot against a high-stakes poker legend. Shed pick up Q?Q? but get out-flopped by Robls 10?9? when 10?6?10? appeared. But when the Q? hit on the turn, it was Suckout City.
Robl fired $40,000 into a pot of $81,100 and his opponent made the call. The 7? on the river didnt change anything, and Robl made a $60,000 bet. Tilly, with queens full, put the high roller all in for $231,000 total, and she earned a call, taking down a pot of $623,900, the largest of Season 13.
